BEWARE!! TOTALLY RIP OFF COMPANY
I order their crown mouldings from website but the mouldings are like paper. When i saw the advertise i was really impress but in reality its nothing like that.
The Stick and peel part is on one side only which is on top but the bottom there is lot of gap. Also inside and outside corners are missing inside the box. I call the customer service to return back. They told be i can return it back.
I return the parcel back but haven't receive the credit back yet. Now i am calling every single day for refund but no one is picking up the phone and i try to contact with email but no one reply back. I am still waiting for refund and fighting with credit card company for refund. They are totally scam company.
I thing i would buy real moulding from home depot or lowes with the same amount of price.
Please don't buy this crap from this company. They are not even moulding its called a paper moulding, lol.

Not worth the savings - sending mine back
I called the company after my return was received and they confirmed receipt. The guy I talked to (who I assume is one of the owners because he always answers the phone) told me he was issuing a full refund.
Three weeks later and no refund so I called again. This...
I went over my measurements with customer service and placed my order. It came within a week but when I opened it I was surprised by the cheap stark white plastic. There are very limited instructions that link to videos that don't exist. I called and told them that and was told that they were working on it and the videos should be back up "shortly".
Two weeks later, no videos but it's almost Thanksgiving and I want my moldings so I decided to install them without the videos. They are horrible to work with. The inside corners look like *** - instructions say to trim with scissors to make them fit but they just dont form a nice corner. If you try to reposition the strips, it pulls off the ceiling paint.
Halfway through installation I realized that I don't have anywhere near enough so now I wonder if I got two kits or if I just paid 1-1/2 times as much for one kit. Tomorrow (today is sunday) I will call the company and figure out how to return. A lot of reviews said they had to fight for their refund so I'm not holding my breath. I would not recommend this product.
I have 8' ceilings and the moldings still look cheap, plastic and don't fit right. Don't waste your money.

This easy crown molding has got to be one of the cheapest poor quality products I have ever received from a supplier.... the easy crown video on YouTube makes it look great but buyer beware!

we bought about $266.00 worth of product for a large room received it opened it and was not happy with it so we sent it back.they keep saying they did not get it but ups says oh yes they did.and its been 3 mo sens all of this and still no money back im a 79 year old man with a limted income and used a cc to get the stuff now im out the cost plus had to pay 30 bucks to ship it back.this co is not calling me back and wont answer most of the time so be warned they will ripe you off...

yup I agree with you I refused the 2nd box unopened and it went USPS like I received it from the mailman.I am still awaiting the refund for this as they say that they do not have it in their warehouse.I have the USPS copy of the shipping from my house to their warehouse.Go figure.This item is like paper and cannot imagine it stays up. I didn't even try. I sent the first order back also.
